did you go to character select ingame and then "claimed" you votepoints on the page that way?

try talking to the leika manager inside prontera (the one where u reset stats or change jobs)

You must log out and click the "claim your Cash Points here" link on the voting page, then you just speak to Leika Manager and the points will be there.
