Done everything like re-patched the game, turned of the anti-virus, compatibility test etc. It's been working since I downloaded it but today it just stops after clicking play (no loading or whatsoever). Help is very much appreciated.

Just to be sure, did you read all of this ? Did you configure the game properly through opensetup.exe (choosing GPU is essential)? Are your sure your antivirus isn't quarantining or deleting files from the RO folder (not just during the installation but also after it)? Are your GPU settings and driver in order?

I've been playing the game for two weeks now and it was perfectly fine till today.

Well, try to recall what was changed or what could have happened. Try doing a reinstall if you suspect that something was botched.
