Fair amount of info is linked to the information section of the main page which sends you to wiki pages or forum threads.

 

This is probably of most importance, our skill and mechanic changes. Might want to look around wiki as there's a lot of info.

 

The information section of the forum also has some important bits, like the refinement changes or new/changed gear. This last one involves hundreds of items, too many to list, so if you're interesting in something in particular, just type @id plus item's ID ingame (@id 2133 for example) to see the item's description.

 

For everything else, you can check patch notes.

 

There's also hundreds of small QoL changes to about everything that you might notice or might not and assume that's how things are supposed work (mission accomplished in this case).
