i would like to suggest to extend the classes that can equip the Improved Binocular http://www.leika-ro....n=view&id=18772

multiple on the 3rd and extended classes could make use of the bonus, like genetic cart cannon, mechanic arm cannon, certain royal guard spear skill, shuriken builds for kagerou/oboro,
but primarily i wanted to extend it to rebels since they essentially fill the same roles as archer classes, it would make sense for them to be able to equip it.
and on the same account, it would makes sense for bow wielding shadow chasers to be able to equip it too.

I don't see why not, it's been done and I'll patch the item description sometime later.
