I already checked the faq and tried to troubleshoot and am still having issues getting the game to open. I'm on windows 10 so I can't just tick compatibility boxes and the troubleshooter is useless. It either doesn't work or doesn't change anything I'm not sure which yet.
I'm currently in the process of updating RO and Renewal even though I grabbed the full client so that shouldn't be an issue (I don't even use an AV so I doubt something got deleted during the install)
Any suggestions would be great.
EDIT: Need to edit saying reinstalling to desktop instead of C: and some additional troubleshooting did work for me after a while.
