Does Sonic Wave get an increase with archer skel Cards, or similar range increase dmg effects? It's a ranged attack, and I know in the past, iRO used to have Clashing Spiral(Spiral Pierce) buffed by this, but not sure if this has changed at all... or if it applies to these skills or not.
So I've looked a little bit in the forums and have done a delve into google to try and see if some ranged RK/Lord Knight skills (OTHER THAN DRAGON BREATH!! 
) without success.
nor have I been lucky enough to get a card to drop yet, so I thought I would ask here, in case someone knew the answer already.
