When you vote, you get Cash Points, which are directly added to your Cash Shop interface and you're free to spend them there.
When you donate, you get Leika Points, those are managed by Leika Manager NPC inside the Utility Room, the services he offers are:
- Convert Leika Points to Cash Points, 1:1 exchange ratio, this is self explanatory.
- Convert Leika Points to Leika Coins, 1:1 exchange ratio, those coins can be freely traded.
- Convert Leika Coins back to Leika Points, 1:1 exchange ratio.
- Convert Leika Points to Kawaii Coins, 10:1 exchange ratio (10 Leika Points for 1 Kawaii Coin).
Points were separated in such a way in order to:
- Allow for easy trading of Cash Points, so players don't have to bother with arranged deals and such anymore, you get what you pay for.
- Cripple voting with multiple accounts, which can't be really stopped but at least amassing points will be harder.
