Just a quick reboot to apply some updates:
Donations are now working! Thanks to Finn for helping me testing them 
You can now donate and check the Leika Points pending and waiting to be added to your total points. Just visit Leika Manager inside Item Mall to sum them!
Vote 4 Point system has been fixed as well. Here too you can see pending vote points. You need to Log off and then visit Leika Manager to get automatically added to your Cash points amount.
Gunslinger and Archer classes will now receive ammunition/arrows along with their weapon when Jobchanging.

- Guild manager NPC will now create guilds for free if you meet the requirements (Level 70+ and in a party of 6 players).
- Emperium is no longer required to create a guild.
- Fixed a bug in Mission Board NPC that was allowing to exceed maximum monster requirements when doing the mission while in a party.
- Fixed a bug in Doha's secret order quest that was preventing it from being completed.
- Increased max Guild Tax from 80% to 99%.
- Guild Notice spam after map changes was removed.
- Party names can now be viewed regardless of if the player is in a guild or not.
