Fix the Killing Stroke Formula to default

Hello,

 

Since WoE is coming soon, pleae fix the Killing Stroke Formula to default. The KS damage is so weak due wrong formula. I will rely to my Kagerou for WoE to support my guild and also use Killing Stroke as offensive skill.

Feel free to supply the "correct" formula.

One that makes him do a lot more damage than he currently is, of course.

Nope  kRO formula is :

Source Atum Feb 2015.

 

KS : (STR*30)+(HP*50%)
