Hello! I have made this guide to teach you how to obtain the 3rd Job exclusive quest skill Full Throttle.   

 

First you will want to find the Strange Researcher in the Midgard Expedition Camp (coordinates 158,212).
Speak with him and ask him about his research, then ask him what ingredients he needs in order to complete his research.
He will ask you for the following ingredients:
3x Hard Skin
3x Stiff Horn
3x Horn of Tendrillion
30x Horn of Hillslion
30x Mystic Horn

30x Peaked Hat

30x Soft Fur

30x Light Granule

and 1x Unused Skill Point

all of which can be found in the new world field maps!
Once you have the following ingredients speak to him again and he will give you the skill Full Throttle.

It goes to Level 5, but seems you need to relog after get it. Btw you nid to waste 1 Skill Point for it.

I got level 5 Full Throttle without needing to relog. The quest gives you level 5 Full Throttle while only consuming one skill point. The skill level IS select-able so you can choose what skill level you use when you use it.
Skywitches: I haven't reset my skills since I got this skill so I'm not sure yet.

New patch removed the quest for Full Throttle skill. Now seems is acquired automatically once Job Level 60 is reached.

Because the new patch removed the need for this quest, may I request this thread be locked?

If the quest is still optional the thread is still useful for those who want to do it for old times sake, so could be worth keeping open.
