Here you can suggest hats you would like to see in-game, no stuff like kaho horns and naruto bandanas though.

 

Provide IDs if possible and note that they will be rebalanced if needed.

How about lower price costume versions of every headgear? So that you don't have to pay a huge amount for a good headgear which you however only want for the looks.

I don't want to add costumed versions directly since we need people spending zeny, probably should double the costuming cost at this point.

A hat which is very unique and rare, made from the sheet of the legendary birds feather, Garuda.
Reduces damage from all type of monster by 5%.
LUK + 5, MDEF + 3, HIT + 10, Reduca casting delay by 5%.
When upgrade more than 7, there's a certain chance to get Fruit of Mastela when attaking monsters. If refined more 1 lv, increase the chance by more 1%.

The item seems to be in the DB already, but it's not obtainable in game afaik.

Perhaps consider lowering the MATK bonus to +5 or something, it's a lower headgear after all.

Yeah, I know about Romantic stem. I was thinking of foxtail as more of an alternative to Rainbow scarf for mage-type classes.
