Because on such small scale WoE they completly break the balance. We don't have 2k people to let MvP cards and god items sink in the numbers. Consider them as a BONUS for PvM to always win competition for MvPs to get gears for your guildmates so they wouldn't run around naked, and in PvP arenas.
