I suggest making sure events go ahead with consistency. While not game breaking, unfair events can easily put new players off and expose a lack of consideration from GMs.

During disguise event today the first round I played in I said the name of the monster first, however the second person to type it used a capital letter for the start of the name, and thus won the round (fair enough) http://i.imgur.com/MuDZSJY.jpg

In a later round of the same event it happened the other way around. Somebody guessed it first and I guessed it 2nd, but with a capital letter at the start. http://i.imgur.com/8QdtU7v.jpg That person won that round this time (I saw the trade take place). This double standard of rules, while very minor and not worth much, demonstrates inconsistency in events and easily exposes a lack of consideration to these events, putting new players completely off.

Inconsistent event hosting should be tRO's style and their style alone. Let's keep it that way.

This event was hosted as a demonstration event for [GM]Miko, since she is new to the staff and I was teaching her some basic stuff.

I'm sorry for this incident. Turns out I did not see the first message, neither did I notice the second one. I can't promise it won't happen again. You legitimately won the Round 2: Wakwak.

Next time, if you see I'm messing up, try to catch my attention. I can't give any more excuses other than I'm kinda tired today but I still wanted to do my daily event. Thanks for the report, it was really enjoyable.

EDIT: I'm also concerned about players not being considerate enough to other players. Regarding both cases, other people did not say anything about it.

I immediately pointed it out after it happened http://i.imgur.com/8QdtU7v.jpg but thanks for taking the feedback well. I don't mind about the reward.

How about the disguised guy creates a room with the monster name as the password.

That could do. I'll check later if the password is CaSe SenSitIVE.

This is not entirely true, because I typed wakwak before Milady typed it with a capital, and I won the round and got the reward. I am just out of your screen so you don't see it.

I use /localbroadcast (/lb for short) to announce the next Round. Then I speak in General Chat to announce the winner. It is weird that no other comments other than my local broadcasts announcing rounds appear in your screenshots. This leads me to something: we both were out of each other's range.

I just noticed that now :P

EDIT: If anyone has any screenshot of yesterday's event where I am announcing the winner in general chat, feel free to post it.

That's weird, given that I could see you the whole time

Edit: Come to think of it I asked Nylf about the website being down yesterday, and he was leik "I already told you it's hosting issue", when I definitely couldn't see it. I might not be able to see everything the GMs say. I did mess around with tabs too.

@selphie I'll sit closer next time, I was almost certain I could see most people from there, not only the GMs.
