awasnt there for sundays woe, but it ws prolly shit like last sundays one.

 

saturday one as fun, clutch last 5 seconds break.

 

Broken mechanics are not fun. (related to woe pots, shit ass health on barricades, emp, etc aswell as enabled temp boots allowing 193 aspd with 0 effort and buffs =) 100% Masq chance anyone? List goes on )

Mask chance is actually fine it's the old formula some of you guys were never getting masqed others always 100%. Learn the formula. Anyway there is alot going on some aoe's (warlock) oneshotting on eden gear while asura can't kill 1 target. And some mattack buffs aren't even working imagine if they did work how devastating it would be. Immobilizing skills lasting for super long. The damage feels so off and weird some classes dealing no damage(gx 2k-4k CI enjoy). I mean this gx classes is wielding a twohanded weapon and RK is doing oneshots with onehanded weapon while being more tanky. Seems GM's got a lot work to do to balance this out, but i guess that's what you expect when you pre-emptively change some formulas and also change damage formula's for pvm without considering woe. I think barricade health is fine just the emp health should be higher with 0 eco, but don't make it scale as much with eco. Because i remember before in 100/90 economy point. literly hitting the emp for very long and it would have 2k health or something. It kind of gave a huge advantage to the defenders and made some guilds stop attempting.


I like where the following classes are standing now: Mech/Chaser/Sorc/Genetic/Sura

Classes that need a buff: GX, Ranger

Can't judge the rest really aside of warlock seeming extremely OP. This is the first server where i have seen earth strain oneshot aoe people on full reducts + FCP.

As for the temporal boots the base forms aren't what's broken the enchants potentially are. So if you want to keep it like this (just the boots not working but enchants working) you might as well enable them completely. My own opinion is that you should just enable them as they don't seem 2 be that devastating and have low applications. This might change with skill tweaks though.

Theres some opinions to subject. So i wont comment on them (your idea on class balance and dmg). But theres also some heavily wrong info in there as a fact. (warlock one shotting in eden, asura cant 1 shot, etc)

The formula doesn't seem to be right, right now is pretty much impossible to resist them when it should be around 50/50 with normal weight.
 

Seems GM's got a lot work to do to balance this out, but i guess that's what you expect when you pre-emptively change some formulas and also change damage formula's for pvm without considering woe.


EDP was fully un-nerfed, what you're seeing is the official renewal EDP formula, which is meant for PvM pretty much. I suggested reverting to pre-re formula but most didn't like the idea.

This is most likely due to people not used to ranged reductions not working on spells, which was never intended to begin with. From what I saw, those warlocks are running around wearing glass cannon gear, formulas seem to be fine. Need to find the actual issue in order to tackle it.

DEX temporal boots aren't exactly balanced and would contribute to this whole issue, same goes for INT ones.

Ok about GX, but care to explain about Rangers? They look pretty ok to me, their No Limits bursts seems to one-shot most of the classes. 

Anyway, i want mah DB at least working with ranged damage carts/equips :'(

@hammer. Didnt we test Masq and came to a conclusion that there's something wrong with its formula. It proc-ed 8/10 on my sorc that literally didnt carry anything. I agree that it should be rechecked which I already posted on bug tracker forum.

Its so easy for hammer to say nahhhhh Masq works fine here i would say the same if i just play as shadow chaser ;)
But yeah back to topic i think also that second edition is dumb with this pop atm. Change at least 1 castle back to 1.0.

Just a little note from me:
I'm not going to say anything about eden geared warlock, as I don't know much about it, but I can say something about asura as it happened to me. Some suras one shot, some not, as AB i survived at least 3 times from asura, so it's not 100% wrong. Maybe just sucky builds/no eq, but still, I survived.

I tested "eden geared warlock" damage, 175/60, 130 allstats warlock with eden staff and blessing, AMP'd (not released) earth strain hit our pinoy friend Syncope for 6.5k total damage, that's without GvG reductions, so make that 40% less.

Unless gvg reductions are not being applied or broken during WoE cause it seems like it.

Well we were actually testing and asked terp for the formula. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with it as the script seemed 2 be fine. It did seem off when we tested (8/10 instead of 5/10 with the stats erik had) but I thought it was the measure as I saw in WoE my succesrate was superlow on some players and very high on others.  You really going to call me out on that? If i'd be some1 that wanted an advantage like this i would have already made a warlock. This is just my own experience so far. It's easy to cry about 100% masq if you are near 90% weight during woe just saying.

Yes not everyone enjoys 20 seconds of being able to do absolutely nothing, a strip that bypasses fcp that reduces hp and rip mounts.
