Personally I would love universal BG (accessed from alt+V menu) enabled 24/7, with smaller rewards if necessary. The old BG just feels outdated and not optimized for nice quick matchmaking, and only being open at certain times adds to the feeling of exclusivity and leaving people out who's days are limited to certain schedules. What are the plans for this? Anything to do with universal BG can be discussed here.

This is something already planned, will involve a lot of work though since we want to keep the rooms as well.
