Wizard:
  • Fire Pillar now inflicts Burning Status by 3% change per skill level. 3x3 trap, 7x7 level 1-5, 5x5 level 6-10 , Trigger Physical auto attack
  • Rationale: Skill buffed for WoE efficiency and now more useful.
  • Sight Rasher now inflicts Burning Status by 6% change per skill level.
  • Rationale: Skill buffed for efficiency and now more useful.
  • Arcane Mastery  Similar to Soul Drain of High Wizard but it adds +1% Magic Damage to Non-boss per Skill LvL & reduced increase in Max Sp from 2% per LvL to 1% per LvL.
  • Rationale: Skill added to buff Wizard Class.

Blacksmith:

  • FAW - Magic Decoy, Silver Sniper & Removal added to skill tree. Skill pre-requisites adjusted so that it can be available to pure forger smiths. Silver Sniper's Atk is based on the Dex & Base Level of the Caster, Magic Decoy's Matk is based on the Luk & Base Level of the caster.
  • Rationale: We added this skill so that passionate forgers can participate in WoE, they can now help defend the Emperium.
  • Adrenaline Rush now grants +2 flee per level.
  • Rationale: Flee added because Blacksmith's dodge is too low even if build is Agi Type.
Priest:
  • Impositio Manus  duration increased to 90 seconds.
  • Rationale: skills duration to short. Added duration for less hassle on the Priest Class.
  • Aspersio now has a chance to blind the target when dealing damage.
  • Rationale: Improved Skill for efficiency.
  • Turn Undead now has a chance to turn the target into Undead Property & if the skill fails, a portion of your Matk Attack will damage the target.
  • Rationale: Improved Skill for efficiency.
Knight:
  • Two-hand Quicken now grants +1.5 flee per level.
  • Rationale: Flee added because Knight's dodge is too low even if build is Agi Type.
 
Assassin:
  • Venom Splasher: when target is on skill countdown, Thief's Envenom skill damage is increased by 30%, Damage decreased from 1000% to 900% but hp requirement for skill usage is removed.
  • Rationale: Skill is not used because of it's complexity and item requirement. Skill buffed for dual dagger builds and now in synergy with envenom.
  • Katar Mastery: Now adds .5% Aspd per Skill Level.
  • Rationale: Buffed specifically for Katar Users.
  • Sonic Blow: Sonic Blow Damage increased from 800% to 900%.
  • Rationale: Buffed specifically for Katar Users.
 
Hunter:
  • Tooth of Warg & Warg Strike Skill added. Skills mechanics is identical to Blitz Beat Skill.
  • Rationale: Skill Added for aesthetic purposes only. In classic days, it was a notion that hunters have wolves(wargs) for companions.
  • Bow Mastery Skill added. Replaced Beast Bane with a Mastery weapon Skill .
  • Rationale: For empowerment of Hunter Class.
Magician:
  • Fire Ball scaling changed to (100 +35*SkillLVL)% Matk.
  • Rationale: Damage of skill is too low before.

Swordsman:

  • Magnum Break: bonus fire damage no longer hits the enemies if your attack misses. Instead, you gain 10% hit rate during the duration of the skill.
  • Rationale: reworked the skill because not missing is too much.
 
Thief:
  • Envenom damage formula changed to (100+15*SkillLVL)%
  • Now affected by Hit rate
  • Now affected by Weapon's Element.
  • Rationale: changed the skill because skill is almost useless, now it acts like a mini swordsman's Bash.
 
Acolyte:
  • Angelus now grants .5 vit per skill level.
  • Rationale: skill is useless before.
  • Heal  is now based on your Matk.
  • Rationale: So that int build will have higher healing.
Crusader:
  • Spear Quicken now grants +1.5 flee per level.
  • Rationale: Flee added because Crusader's dodge is too low even if build is Agi Type.
  • Rapid Smiting  added to Skill Tree.
Rouge:
  • Preserve Skill added to skill tree. When skill is activated, caster receives 10% more damage from all sources, skill sp consumption is increased by 50% & Matk/Atk -10%..
  • Rationale: Skill added because  the skill Plagiarism is useless without Preserve. Added a debuff to the skill for class balance.

Monk:
  • Asura Strike now has a 10 sec cooldown.
  • Rationale: Skill is quite spammable so cooldown is added for class balance.
  • Chain Crush Combo level 5 added to skill tree. Skill damage formula is rescaledd to (400+200*SkillLVL)%.
  • Skill added specifically for Combo Monks.
 
 
Sage:
  • Spell Breaker now forces the target's disrupted skill to go on cooldown for 5 seconds after successfully the breaking spell.
  • Rationale: Added debuff for skill efficiency. Skill is almost useless before because Targets can just recast skills after their spells are cancelled.
  • Hindsight: Npalm Beat skill removed and Earth Spike Skill added to skills list. Now adds +1 Flee per Skill LvL.
  • Rationale: Skill buffed specifically for Battle Sages.
  • Advanced Book Mastery: Increased Aspd bonus from 5 to 10.
  • Rationale: Skill buffed specifically for Battle Sages.
  • Endow Skills:  Now adds Magical damage based on their respective element to your physical attacks. Formula is [( SkillLvL*25)+(Matk/20)*(SkillLvL)] bonus Magic Damage.
  • Rationale: Skills buffed so that Skill will be more useful.
 
Alchemist:
  • Acid Terror Skill reworked. Skill damage formula is now identical to Soul Destroyer. Skill is now affected by Int and Str. Also, chance of breaking equips are lowered for balancing purpose.
  • Rationale: Skill reworked so that Alchemists can do PvP and PvM more effectively.
Ninja:
  • Freezing Spear scaling changed to 50% matk per spear from 70% matk.
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance.
  • Crimson Blossom scaling changed to 70% from 90% per hit.
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance.

  • Killing Strike scaling reduced to = (STR*30)+(HP*50%)
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance.

  • Cicada Skin Shed now has 10 sec cooldown.
  • Rationale: Skill is too spammable.
 
Gunslinger:
  • SKILL TREE REWORKED. Skill tree is changed so that you can choose what type of gun you are going to specialize in.
  • Trigger Happy Shot is now affected by ASPD and scaling reduced to (250+20*SkillLVL)%. Sp Consumption reduced to 12 sp.
  • Rationale: Skill is now similar to Archer's Double Strafe Skill. Skill is now more effective if you are Agi Type.

  • Desperado scaling changed to (25*SkillLVL)%.
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance.

  • Tracking scaling reduced to (350+30*SkillLVL)% and casting time is now reduced by dex.
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance. Casting time is changed for skill balance.

  • Full Buster scaling reduced to (500+50*SkillLVL)%.
  • Rationale: Scaling is too strong, reduced damaged for balance. 

  • Fire Rain Skill added and scaling reduced to (100*SkillLVL)%.
  • Rationale: Skill added Specifically for Gatling Gun Users.

  • Howling Mine Skill added and scaling reduced to (150*SkillLVL)% on impact and (50*SkillLVL)% on Activation of Flicker Skill.
  • Rationale: Skill added Specifically for Grenade Launcher Users.

  • Flicker Skill added to Skill Tree.
  • Rationale: Skill added Specifically for Grenade Launcher Users.
 
Taekwon Kid:

  • Taekwon Rankers bonus changed to HP+30% & ATK +50.
  • Rationale: buff adjusted for balance.

That's coming from the blog of Atum why ?

 

Usually source is irowiki forums now that Ziu is in charge ( before it was extremly painfull long thread )

warportal  or rathena trunk comit ( I just look in the SVN of rathena when I see people doing comit )

 

Crimson Rock has been changed ( radius knock back effect , instead of toward west ) . So it will work like Magnum Break now or JT1

Uuh, those are custom changes from some server and most of them don't even make any sense.
