I did a search but didn't come up with anything about Cure Free. Since some other pots were semi improved I would like to suggest this:

Currently Cure Free recovers: Silence, Bleeding, Poison, Curse, Reverse Orcish, Change Undead

Note: Reverse Orcish, Bleeding and Change Uhdead are the exclusives on this one.

Panacea (one of the required ings) can additionally cure: The rest of the non-exclusives + Blind, Confusion and Hallucination

To the point: Would it be unreasonable to add Blind, Confusion and Hallucination to Cure Free as well?

On the one hand this does make sense but how things are right now also makes sense; converting 3 statuses to 3 different ones for the sake of variety. The main reason people brew those is to remove bleeding and less often, change undead so I'm not against the change but I also don't think it's needed either since you can remove the statuses you want added with a simple green potion, would be nice for convenience though.

Mainly this was out of convenience and thought it looked a little neater considering how much went into the item to cure less statuses.

But sure, Green Potions are right there for the other portion of cures. I get that. Obviousness is obvious :P

Thanks for the responses anyway. ;)

Hmm, this would be nice to save some space on bars since many classes have issues with that now, we do have @isc command though.
