It looks like some files were deleted during the installation (aggressive antivirus?). Is the System folder there at all?

Reinstall (with anything that could interfere disabled, also whitelist the game), run update-ragnarok and update-renewal exes, then delete leika.dat and run our patcher again, after that make sure to configure the game through Open Setup exe.
