In this server can we get out and be back any time?(how many times we want)

All the floor have a automatic save point?(so when you go back you automatic go to that floor the last one you "open")

What is the cooldown here?

Yes, you can reenter as many times as you want and you start from the first floor. To skip floors you use Ashes of Darkness that move you to floor 26, 51 and 76.

 

Cooldown is 3 days and a half.
