Make homunculus stats fix value istead of random or at least less random.

From my experience and asking others who have made multiple Homunculus S your stats as a regular 1-99 homunculus really doesn't matter much anymore considering our Homunculus S goes up to level 175 and have massive stat growths. Don't forget you also get quite a stat boost from evolving when loyal.

Like Salad said, the stats of your previous homunculus are irrelevant once you evolve it to the S version, and the growth of those is so big, the variation doesn't really matter.
Implementing your suggestion would involve tweaking quite a lot of things and then comes the issue of having to manually shuffle (another function to modify) all existing homunculus, which can't be done automatically and requires the character online. I'm also not sure the owners would appreciate that. Deciding what would be the "correct" fixed stats is another barrier.
This hasn't been an issue so far as well, I have never seen anyone complain about their homunculus S stats. if anything, maybe Bayeri could use a little bit more VIT but overall the stats are fine.
