It's available from lockboxes and custom 2% drop  from from Randel Lawrence (regular bio 4 paladins). You should check @whodrops, we've gotten more Elemental Swords [3] from bio4 than the guild dungeon.

btw you old guys should at least make a lockboxes drop guide at forum would be nice, since terp dont show chance of dropping the box or content for sake of "fun/mystery/whatever"
