(Oboro) double attack skills are still in effect

*The Story*
when i was killing wakwak because i was trying to get 1 wakwak card i noticed i sometimes 1 hit wakwak sometimes not also the sound of when wakwak got hit is like doubled or something.

So i wanted to post and to be confirmed that it is still in effect and if its yes please fix =D

I need to know the skills that are still affected by this bug, as I'll have to rewrite them
Affected skills i saw were:
Bakuretsu Kunai (like 3% chance i guess)
Huuma Shuriken Ranka (higher than bakuretsu)
Kinda off topic:
I saw Mucha Nage works like (tested on level 1 3x3 cells):
each mob got a chance to get it so not all mob will get hit by the skill
also i only have 300k so i only tested level 1
