Equipment Refine Skill

As you can see , i have the Bradium shield in my equipment inventory and also elu.... but when i use equipment refine skill it doesnt show up in my list! And sorry for bad screen shot its my PC problem probably.... i look into that !

only works with Armor and Weapons for now.
