Unidentified Creature NPC in the Mora Bath area.

Hello, there appears to be an issue with the Unidentified Creature NPC you fight for the Find the Research Tools quest in Mora.
Players can fight and defeat it. But after it is beaten and the dialogue box is supposed to pop up, there are times when the game will freeze, prompting the player to restart the client, and making them have to re-do the battle.
I have heard of it happening to at least two people so far. The first time, there were other people in the bath when it froze for the player. The second time, the player was alone when it happened.
