My LK just turned into an RK. I relogged and leveled up my job a little, but when I attempt to use a skill point in my 3rd class skill tree I receive the error that 1 more point must be used in my 2nd class skill tree. I'm job level 9 with 8 skill points meaning I have the proper amount used in my 1st and 2nd skill trees. I made sure I had the prerequisite to the skill. I even tried on Rune Mastery which has no prerequisite for me to be missing.
This same problem occurred on my RK in Beta and I reported it then as well.

Update: I believe it is caused by the skill Frenzy. Frenzy is only obtainable at job level 50, so, when turning into 3rd job your job level goes down to 1, removing the skill. The skill tree takes away Frenzy as well as the point allocated to it.
Should be back again at job 50 without needing to re-apply point in that
