Fatal Menace teleportation

The teleportation is weird, hit a bunch of mob and not all of them get teleported, sometime even NONE will get teleported with the caster.

Have you made sure the skill is actually hitting?

It has a HIT Penalty and if you dont hit, you wont teleport.
