Dragon combo currently causes a fat global skill delay. It's long enough that comboing into sky net blow is impossible. It should be animation delay based. It was fixed towards the end of beta I believe to be animation, seems to have reverted

Heard that this issue was known and was going to be fixed this maintenance. Unfortunately still massive delay

Dragon Combo should have an ASPD based delay, not a flat 1s ACD

Hey Terp, this hasn't been fixed. Still a fixed 1 second delay instead of aspd delay
Just retested and it's working fine for me.
With aspd at 150, there's a one second delay before I can use dragon combo again or combo into fallen empire (or use any other skill). Skynet blow can never combo. With aspd at 175, it's exactly the same. How are you testing it?
Only thing I can think of is the 50ms global delay to skills, I'm able to chain stuff just fine.
