Amazing GX action

Today I got a box of EDP from a friend of mine and decided to test how awesome my EDP powered attacks would be.
First I tested out my damages without the poison, so I can hype myself.

First up is the signature Cross Impact

It hits for 14k...But I'm sure EDP will fix things up.

Next is the well known Rolling "Spin to Win" Cutter

A whopping 3k AOE. I'm sure getting mobbed and getting my flee down to nothing is worth the result.

So yeah... I know you guys half the multiplier and everything, but for EDP skills to hit weaker than non EDP skills is just too sad to look at.

This is coming from a guy who runs around doing Old GH with guild mates, with similar levelled gears, and gets out damaged by a Rune Guard, after EDP, with ancient horn +100atk proc.
Don't get me started on the rangers, the Unlimit nerf doesn't even bother ASPD build, heck it's still hits for hundreds of Ks with AS, even with the nerf.

Yes, I know that EDP is heavily reliant on ATK,
Taken from iRo wiki: EDP level 5 will multiply your weapon atk by 5 times, and your equipment atk by 4 times.
That means a 100 ATK proc should be a big boost after EDP, right?

If a +100ATK boost only gets me 2k damage increase from a 1.500% modifier skill, with EDP, I start to wonder how much does a full geared GX hits.

As a consolation, at least normal hits do get boosted by EDP

a 1.7k boost with EDP, with +100atk proc, crit and +40% crit boost from sapha set.

Meanwhile my ranger friend hits for 2k normally against the same target. WIthout crit, without Unlimit (reminder that ASPD builds gets away with the nerf).
The Auto Warg strike alone hits constantly for 16k.

Sorry for the wall of text rants, but I really need help with this.
It feels so underwhelming being a GX. Am I doing it wrong?
