Wyrd Runestone (StormBlast)

tested use rune: Uruz, Raido, and Wyrd

- Uruz Raido has almost no global delay on other RK skills
- Wyrd Runestone has about 2-3s global delay on other RK skills, is it edited? or official?
- not try yet other runes..

Wyrd (Storm Blast) should be 0.5s ACD.

Waiting time for reuse: None. ------ (leika has 1s wait time)
After the skill usage, there's a delay of 1 second. ------- (leika has 2s delay)

is it balancing policy? /hmm this rune already has 2s var cast time

Hmm, the 1 sec cooldown is fine but the 2 sec delay probably isn't. Are there any sources?

ACD doesn't make much sense anyway since rune is an item and items ignore it.

herc add 2s global cd, and maybe leika add 1s reuse

idk, maybe it decided to add 2s acd and 1s reuse wait time on wyrd rune itemskill here..

its affect other rk skill to cast, its behaviour just like casting dragon breath

yet another problem adding 1s reuse wait time on its item...

Are these Wyrd Rune 2s global delay and 1s reuse waittime stilll confirmed as bug and will be fix to work as it should later or no?

1 second cooldown, no aftercast delay, working as intended now.


nothing fixed here, this Wyrd Runestone still has 2s acd and 1s item cooldown

Many sources state 1 second cooldown, without both cooldown and acd it would be rather insane, only limited by your latency and asod.

it's supposed to have no cooldown and a 2 second var cast time considering how weak pertz is even with 160 int ( OverBrand is still more powerful ) tested on pRO/kRO-sakray and iRO.

global cooldown however is 1 second disallowing you from using any other skill besides runes if you aren't under strings or using delay reducing gears.

Well, right now we have 1 second item cooldown and no acd, so you can chain other skills after it, might be better this way?

i think not considering pertz even with proper set up is weaker than Over Brand and most aoe and spammable skills , during my official days pertz is just secondary DPS ( even with +14 GS ) and considered only for chaning skills ( assuming player knows AutoCounter and CS + SB ) , spamming pertz will just be counter productive for an RK considering how pertz is weaker than HS and IB ( fire endowed ) and will only be par on damage with HS/IB if the wearer has +30 int food , 120~130 base int , bless and "sleipnir"
even if we have 240 int HS will still deal just as much as pertz without ur's set.

Well, with acd you won't be able to chain other skills anymore so the rune is rendered close to worthless without bragi. I think our cooldown solution is better.

1 SEC remove when?

Anyway, there's no way around it, items aren't affected by acd so removing item/skill cooldown makes it fully spammable.

I'm going to give it skill cooldown instead of item so you don't waste runes during cooldown.
