Disabled it in instances, but does this include normal dungeons as well?

iRO wiki says about both dungeons and ET but tbh I wouldn't have anything against leaving VE working in dungeons (just as not having to recast summon buffs). I reported it mainly because I saw it shouldn't work in dungeons and because it's arguably OP - it can stop any amount of monsters and they can't do shit unless they have long range attack/skills or tp on rude attack. If all the new monsters had tp skill then it wouldn't be big issue.

I think the main reason the skill is disabled in dungeons/ET on iro is because the skill affects boss monsters there, which causes the boss to use teleport if attacked. Hence it is disabled to avoid abuse in smal areas such as ET.

Here it either doesn't affect MvPs or the ones I Vacuumed had so high str VE didn't even work. Still, as long as monsters tp away it's not an issue because you can't cheese shit just like you can with traps as a ranger.
