Nogg Road 2F entrance blocked

Pretty weird one. A couple of cells above the entrance to Nogg Road 2f, there's an invisible barrier that won't allow me to progress into the main area. This is at the end of the bridge. Monsters ignore me, and the only way to get "in" is to teleport into a different area of the map. I've been there before, and this is the first time it's happened. Seems to be happening to all of my characters.
I'll chip in. I've had this happen partially in Nightmare Clocktower too. Might be linked to Icewall in some way, although I've never seen that permanently blocking places off.
Yeah, seems likely. I had High Heal in infinite cooldown for two weeks until it was fixed, so maybe it's something like that. Someone cast Ice Wall then logged out, and it's been there ever since.
It actually moved down a couple of cells today. Possible someone's doing it on purpose, and abusing a bug.
