Extra Skill Points Upon Skill Reset

In the recent patch the quest for the quest skill Full Throttle was removed. I had completed the quest for the quest skill and upon completing the quest for the quest skill it only consumed 1 skill point but gave me level 5 Full Throttle.
Today after the recent patch I reset skills to find extra skill points that I should not have!
While leveling my character up, I had obtained job 50 1st Class, job 70 2nd class and now job 31 3rd class so I should only have 148 skill points, instead I have 152 skill points.
