When it hits it's supposed to decrease LUK by 20 and force /sit for 3 seconds

Currently it doesn't decrease LUK at all and although it makes players /sit they can stand up again instantly.

Need some info about the success chance formula before implementing the forced sit, the LUK part can be added though.
