Using the Equipment Refine Skill:
When I was not job 70 yet, somehow I failed 2 pieces of armor upgrading from +1 to +2, and another from +2 to +3. I also get the option to upgrade my customized Spiky Band, which I have yet to attempt because it might fail to +1 apparently.
This might be trivial but I also failed a bunch (7 or 8 pieces) of level 1 weapons upgrading from +7 to +8, which seems unlikely.
Oh and my Saphien's Armor [1] still won't give me water property.
