Pyrexia's Blind and Hallucination effect only lasts 30 seconds and is curable

Pyrexia's Hallucination was implemented before the change to upside down screen effect it currently has.

From the balance document: Hallucination caused by this poison will not shake the player's screen, but display a largely over exaggerated damage taken over the target's head.

Having an incurable upside down screen is far too overpowered, but there should be some sort of middle ground to it, unless they can implement old effect as it says in the balance doc.

Only thing that comes to mind is forcing blindness vision range reduction but that can be just disabled with /effect.

I wonder how officials handle this poison.Can they /effect it aswell? would be kinda pointless and a huge oversight.
