Dragon Tail skill bullet consumption

Hello,
In the Rebellion class' Dragon Tail's tooltip, it says it "Requires 1 Dragon Tail Missile" but actually requires 2 Dragon Tail Missiles. I am not certain if it's the tooltip or the actual skill that's bugged. Thank you.
