Telekinesis Intense

Telekinesis Intense is not dispellable by Dispel.
By having telekinesis dispelled every time its popsup also 5mins of cooldown, having soul expansion telekinesis built is utterly useless.
Knowing that tele SE build probably made WL too much, i guess kRO has made maintenance to nerfed telekinesis,

Its 1 mins active (not dispellable) now, instead of having 3 mins of tele, which i think is fair.
