Homunculus Sera - Painkiller

Currently, painkiller decreased damage completely and even healing the user if the damage received is below the damage reduction. I think this happened because the skill is a flat reduction, and if the result is negative it heals you instead.
It's supposed to leave you with 1 damage received even if the result is negative.
