Amatsu Dungeon Entrance Quest: Missing Experience

I've just completed the Amatsu Dungeon Entrance Quest all the way through and got myself the Feudal Lord Permit.The quest is supposed to have four instances of EXP rewards. However, I received none of the baseEXP and jobEXP rewards throughout the quest chain. I looked at both my EXP bars and had @showexp turned on while doing the quest.

It seems like the exp addition is fairly recent (or iRO custom?) and the script hasn't been updated for a good decade. I can't find the exact steps where you're supposed to receive exp so I just added it all at the end, when you get the permit (non-vip values).
