Jiangshi Bell states: "(...) Recovers 4 SP every second while performing (...)"
Testing shows that the effect does not happen on any of the four main dances, even after waiting 10, 20 and 30 seconds (which are sometimes the intervals which sp regens tick)
Reproducible both above and below 50% weight.
