Pressure Point Change

Pressure Point Change gives an aspd boost equal to the Casters [Agi/15]% and is affected by bonuses such as Agility Up.
Currently, this skill gives a ridiculous amount of extra aspd.

My stats without PP Change-
Agi Total: 22
Raw Aspd: 164

Stats with PP Change:
Aspd: 183

That's way more than the intended amount. With my current agi total I should be getting around 1.5% or 2.5 aspd points.

target agi x skill level divided by 60 as a %

Still, using that formula would give a 1.8% modifier

Bump for this because it's definitely still broken

Gives 193 aspd on virtually no agi at all on any class

Multiple bugs with this

The correct implementation should be from the balance patch docs:

Gentle Touch: Change

Fixed Cast Time: 1 second
Variable Cast Time: 1 second
Skill re-use Delay: (220 - 20 * Skill Level) seconds
Global Skill Delay: 1 second
Duration: 240 seconds
ATK increase: ATK [{(Caster’s DEX / 4) + (Caster’s STR / 2)} x Skill Level / 5]
ASPD increase: [(Target’s AGI x Skill Level) / 60] %
MDEF decrease: MDEF [(200 / Caster’s INT) x Skill Level]
Max HP decrease: [Skill Level x 4] %

Bugs:

Max HP decrease
Currently: Max HP decrease is Skill Level %
Should be: Max HP decrease is [Skill Level x 4]%

MDEF
Currently: No MDEF decrease at all
Should be: MDEF decrease of [(200 / Caster’s INT) x Skill Level]

ASPD
Currently: Huge ASPD bonus, not sure what's happening here (It's currently giving more ASPD boost than things like Adrenaline Rush for example, which are 30% skill aspd, and to get 30% skill aspd from PP: Change you'd need 360 total agi from the proper formula)
Should be: ASPD increase: [(Target’s AGI x Skill Level) / 60] %
