Description
Marks a target, reducing their FLEE and Movement Speed by 10% plus allowing the caster and all party members to track them on the Minimap
as well as enabling the use of Hammer of God, Dragon Tail and Quick Draw Shot.
Boss monsters cannot be slowed.
Notes
- Up to a maximum of 3 targets can be marked at any one time. New targets can be marked once the oldest mark fades or a marked target is killed.
- Quick Draw Shot does not require Crimson Marker to be on the target to be used. However, each marked target is hit by each activation of Quick Draw Shot, allowing the Rebel to hit up to 4 targets at once.
- While Bosses don't get slowed, their FLEE is still reduced.
