Steps
- Talk to Professor Viewt in Izlude. He'll mention a sad mermaid who has been cursed and is losing her beauty. Moved by her tears, he asks you to help her break her curse.
- At Byalan Island (izlu2dun) 35, 92, talk to the Mermaid's Shadow. The mermaid, Neira, is hiding behind a cliff.
- The crying mermaid will tell you that she has been cursed to look like a siren.
- Tell her that you intend to help her break her curse. She will tell you that a witch Sedora, Wise Tere, is the only one capable of brewing a potion to break the curse.
- Find the witch Wise Tere on the third floor of the Undersea Tunnel (iz_dun02) 61, 47.
- When you tell her of Neira's curse, Wise Tere agrees to make the potion and asks for the following ingredients:
- 1 Jormungandr's Flower
- 5 Hinalle
- 30 Singing Plant
- 3 Illusion Flower
- 15 Frozen Rose
- When you return to Wise Tere with the items, she gives you the potion.
- Return to the mermaid at Byalan Island (izlu2dun) 35, 92 and give her the potion.
- After giving her the potion, Neira thanks you and teaches you the secrets to creating the Legendary Aegir's Set. (Aegir's Helm [1], Aegir's Manteau, Aegir's Armor, Aegir's Shoes)
Note: You can now talk to Istan and he will craft these items for you at his workshop.
