Steps

1. Speak to Garrison Investigator in Fire Basin (/navi moro_vol 131/103). Offer your help and you will be asked to gather 15 Fire Feathers that Fire Condors drop.

   
   

   • The feathers are freely tradable.
     
     
2. After bringing him the feathers, you're asked to find the lost Scout (/navi moro_vol 234/301), Northeast of Fire Basin.

   
   
   
   

3. The Scout is wounded and tired, asking you to help him save his face. Collect 20 Patrol Logs that Fire Sandmen stole.
   • Patrol Logs only drop if you're on this quest and are character-bound.
     
     
4. Bring 20 Patrol Logs to the Scout, now you can go back to Garrison Investigator and report your findings.
   • If you move close to the Scout, you may get ambushed by a Fire Sandman, losing a random amount of Patrol Logs.
   • You will receive 30,000,000 Base EXP.
     
     
5. Back at Garrison Investigator, you're given a new task, to hunt 20 Fire Sandmen and Fire Frilldoras that roam the basin.
   
   
6. Once done with this task, Garrison Investigator loads you with more work, investigate what's going on with the strange cult of masked men, Northwest of the encampment. Speak to the Doom Cult Leader (/navi moro_vol 91/197).

   
   

   • You will receive 30,000,000 Base EXP.
     
     
7. The man is insane and asks you to gether 40 Blessed Stones from Fire Golems to throw at the group, this is supposed to prove something.
   • Blessed Stones are freely tradable.
     
     
8. Once collected, speak to Doom Cult Leader again and start tossing the stones at the cultists, when asked to stop, do so.
   
   
9. Speak to Doom Cult Leader again, he doesn't give up and asks you to collect 30 Fiery Monster's Bloods, that are dropped by Fire Sandmen and Fire Frilldoras.
   • Fiery Monster's Blood is freely tradable.
     
     
10. After bringing the bloods to Doom Cult Leader, the madman will drink it all and have a violent biological accident, Doom Cult Deputy will call you out.
    
    
11. Speak to Doom Cult Deputy (/navi moro_vol 95/195), it seems she also isn't right in the head and asks you to collect 30 Fire Frills and Rock Teeth of Fire Golem.

    
    

    • Fire Frills and Rock Teeth of Fire Golem are freely tradable.
      
      
12. Once gathered, give the materials to Doom Cult Deputy, the whole group of lunatics will suffer this time.
    
    
13. Speak to Doom Cult Leader again that came to his senses but it seems that the whole group won't ever give up. You will most likely encounter this bunch again.
    • You will receive 30,000,000 Base EXP.
