Doesn't require three or more Royal Guards in Banding or one on Inspiration. Deals 3 hits by default, the damage and number of hits is further increased by the number of Royal Guards in Banding and also changes the effect. Can be used with any melee weapon and will drain half the SP cost (60) from all other Royal Guards in Banding.
