Description
Empowers the caster with a ghostly presence, increasing damage and reducing SP cost of Ghost property spells plus decreasing the Variable Cast Time of all skills. Cannot be Dispelled.

Notes
- SP Cost reduction only applies for Ghost property spells while Variable Cast Time reduction works for all spells.
