Description
Temporarily converts a targeted area of 5x5 into marshland that reduces AGI and DEX of enemies standing on it by an amount base on skill's level and their Movement Speed by 50%. AGI and DEX reductions are halved on players. Getting caught in the marshland also removes a wide array of ASPD and Movement Speed increasing effects.
