Description
Warlocks can read Spellbooks to seal up spells and later release them. Sealing spells requires a certain number of Mind Slots which are based on the caster's Base Level, INT and Freeze Spell's skill level. Sealed spells slowly drain caster's SP.
Notes
- The amount of Mind slots a Warlock has can be calculated with:
Mind Slots = (FreezingSpell_Lv × 4) + Floor(BaseLv ÷ 10) + Floor(INT ÷ 10)
- Mind Slots are an implicit mechanic. There is no visible indication of how many spells a character can memorize or has memorized.
- Skills cast in this manner cannot be powered up by Amplify Magical Power, as Release will consume the effect.

Purchasing Spell Books
Spell Books can be bought from Lea in the Mage Guild(/navi geffen_in 175/112) after talking to Magic Book Master Velof.
Each Spell Book has a cost, dependent on the level of the Spell Book. Multiple payment options are offered, and the player only needs to select one. Regardless of the NPC's dialog, these books are effectively purchased and can be used indefinitely. Payment only applies to a single book; additional books, including those of the same level, require repurchase.
