Description

Summons a blizzard on a targeted spot that will damage enemies within an 11x11 area every 0.5 sec for 5 sec as well as push them 2 cells in the northeast direction.
Damaged enemies have a chance to be Frozen. This skill cannot be stacked.

Notes

• Good skill against MvP type due to Storm Gust not being able to freeze boss type monsters.
• Since Level 10 Storm Gust has a lower chance to freeze enemies, it tends to deal more hits on enemies. Level 1 Storm Gust is more useful in case you want to freeze enemies.
