About keeping the level so we can leech others

if there is no exp penalty then there is no stopping the exp to level

      just wanted to suggest this:

if no exp penalty on death then can you put 100% tax on guild tax?

if there is exp penalty on death then im ok with 90% tax

There is standard 1% EXP penalty upon death.

+1 for 99% guild tax or any other way to keep your arch bishop helping other, lower level players :(

99% guild tax is being added next patch

emperium will no longer be required to make a guild

and the guild notice won't pop up anymore with every teleport / map change.
